A beautiful trailing vine featuring variegated heart shaped leaves with pink, white, purple and green colouring. A native of South Africa and extremely low maintenance requiring very little water and space, the chain of hearts is a must have addition to every plant lover's collection.

Your plant will be packed and express posted on your choice of "next business day" or "Monday". I recommend shipping on Monday to try to avoid any postage delays over a weekend as much as possible, this will ensure your new plants arrive in perfect condition.
