Chain of Hearts - Ceropegia Woodii
A beautiful trailing vine featuring heart shaped green leaves with purple colouring on the underside. A native of South Africa and extremely low maintenance requiring very little water and space, the chain of hearts is a must have addition to every plant lover's collection.
This is one of my favourite plants to grow. I have these under propagation all year round to keep up with demand. Chain of Hearts is available in cuttings packs as well as established potted plants.
Perfect for DIY hanging plant arrangements, succulent wreaths, gifts for plant lovers, or to plant straight into a pot on your kitchen bench.
You will receive your choice of an established young plant or 1/2/3 fresh cuttings, carefully selected from my healthiest and happiest plants.
Cuttings will range in size from 5cm to 10cm and include at least 1 node on each piece. Our established plants are grown in a square 7cm pot and have developed roots, ready to thrive. Our plants are sent in the pot to minimise transport stress.
Your plants/cuttings will be packed and express posted on your choice of "next business day" or "Monday". I recommend shipping on Monday to try to avoid any postage delays over a weekend as much as possible, this will ensure your new plants arrive in perfect condition. However, I am giving you the option of shipping straight away if you are not worried by post delays.
Due to Australian biosecurity laws I am unable to post plants and cuttings to WA, NT, TAS, or internationally.
